1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:

The product does not match the ordered size or specifications.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

All original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase must be included.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
2. Refund Process

Please Note: Shipping fees, duties, and transaction charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
