- Custom / Made-to-Measure Orders: Require 10–15 business days for production, depending on design complexity and customization requirements.
Please note that processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipment and tracking details.
2. Shipping Partners
To ensure reliable and secure delivery worldwide, ZensLeather partners with internationally recognized courier services, including but not limited to:
- DHL Express
- FedEx
- UPS
- Other registered premium logistics providers
The courier partner is selected based on destination, service reliability, and fastest available transit time.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates commence once the order has been dispatched:
- United States & Canada: 5–8 Business Days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 Business Days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6–10 Business Days
- Middle East: 5–8 Business Days
- Rest of the World: 7–12 Business Days
These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance procedures, peak shipping seasons, weather disruptions, or other logistical factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected courier service
From time to time, ZensLeather may offer complimentary or promotional shipping on qualifying orders.
5. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Regulations
International shipments may be subject to:
- Import duties
- Value-added taxes (VAT)
- Customs clearance fees
These charges are determined by the destination country’s authorities and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. ZensLeather does not have control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
6. Shipment Tracking
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows real-time monitoring of delivery progress directly through the courier’s official tracking portal.
7. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers must ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
- ZensLeather is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information.
- If an order is returned due to address errors, customers will be responsible for reshipping charges.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect details:
- The courier may attempt redelivery.
- If the parcel is returned to our facility, reshipment will be arranged at the customer’s expense.
9. Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Kindly provide:
- Order number
- Photographic evidence (if damaged)
- Description of the issue
We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable.
